RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at info@aitorastore.com with your order number and we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Conditions for return:

• Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in original or equivalent packaging

Return shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns
• For international returns, please clearly mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 2–8 business days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method
• Original delivery costs are non-refundable
