To make a return, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the purchase, please email us at info@aitorastore.com beforehand indicating your order number.

The item should be in the same condition as you received it, with all of its labels still attached.

The refund shall be made effective by the same means through which payment was made, 2-8 days after we receive the package, this refund shall include the purchase amount minus the delivery costs.

Please clearly mark any overseas return parcels as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and use as a trusted delivery service with tracking. Please ensure the item is well packaged to avoid damage in transit.
